Polyester high elastic yarn is a kind of fabric made of deformed fiber. Chemical fiber filament after a heating deformation of the spiral circle, high elastic rate, called high elastic silk, made of products called high elastic fabric. Such as nylon or polypropylene stretch shirts and pants, stretch socks, stretch swimsuits, etc. 

The product has good elasticity, good handle, stable quality, not easy to decolorize, strong pulling force, even dyeing, bright color and complete specifications. The product can be pure woven, or interweaved with silk, cotton, viscose and other fibers, and can be made into elastic fabrics and various wrinkle fabrics with unique style.

Main uses 

1. It is mainly used in knitting, Hosiery Industry, clothing, cloth, rib, fabric, textile, wool fabric, sewing thread, embroidery, rib, ribbon, medical bandage, etc; 

2. It is widely used in woolen sweater, ribbon, garment lock line, gloves, thread making, etc; 

3. It is suitable for all kinds of wool products, knitted fabrics and knitted garments; 

4. It is suitable for sewing high elastic parts of high-grade knitted underwear, swimsuit, diving suit, trademark, underwear, corset, sports shoes and sportswear.

The difference with low elastic silk

Generally speaking, the difference between low stretch yarn and high stretch yarn is that when the second hot box of the texturing machine is opened, it is low stretch yarn, if it is not, it is high elastic yarn, and the elasticity will be better than that of low elastic yarn.
