Introduction: TPU hot melt yarn is divided into multi filament hot melt yarn and single filament hot melt yarn. The melting point can be controlled between 85C and 150C by adjusting the properties of raw materials. Under normal temperature, the TPU hot melt yarn and other fibers are woven into fabrics. Then, in the dry hot or humid heat state, the pressure is applied to the fabric. When the temperature is higher than the melting point of the hot melt yarn, the hot melt yarn will melt gradually. At this temperature, other conventional fibers remain unchanged and are bonded together by hot melt yarns.

Melting point: 76 ℃.
Specifications: 50D / 75D / 100D / 150D or above for users to choose;
Melting condition: dry heat or damp heat.
Application: it is used in the industries of flying knitting vamp, socks and shoes, ribbon, chenille, thread connecting line, lace, Bondi thread weaving, ribbon, wool carpet, cushion lining, automobile lining, etc.
